Working for over 10 years in the EU, the UK and the USA, Tadas acquired an in-depth understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance and how to transform such into reliable and long-term solutions. He has led enteprise and third-party risk teams, business continuity initiatives both with financial and public sectors, incident management and resolution teams, FinTech licensing initiatives and created resilience strategies for major payment providers, following regulatory standards and guidelines.                      His qualifications includes ISO31000 risk management, DORA Operational Resilience Compliance Specialist, ITIL incident management, DipFA Financial Advice, Internal Audit accreditation and ACAMS AML.                                                                                        Tadas is also a locally recognised leader for risk and resilience activities, co-founder of pan-baltic alliance.

Mindaugas Verbyla is a seasoned IT expert and technology leader with over two decades of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex business management systems across diverse industries.                                                    His expertise spans enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, API integrations, and data systems design, with deep proficiency in SQL, PHP, Python, and a broad range of IT platforms.                      In addition to his professional achievements, he has served as an IT auditor for public institutions and actively contributes to civic IR-related initiatives. Committed to innovation and continuous learning, Mindaugas combines technical skills sense of responsibility and precision, and is able to generate DORA Register in any form.
